Terri Langhans, CSP

Terri Langhans, CSP, is the former CEO of a $30-million national ad agency and marketing firm that she started from scratch and grew large enough (and profitable enough) to sell to a publicly traded company. While there the firm worked with literally hundreds of clients that ranged from independent professionals to Fortune 50 Big Boys, from non-profits to for-profits, from retail to manufacturing to services. She and her team won a boatload of awards including the coveted CLEO for advertising, the New York Film Festival Award for television commercials and the American Marketing Association's highest honor, the EFFIE, for the most effective, results generating campaign in the country.

Today, Terri is the COE (Chief of Everything) at Blah Blah Blah, her speaking and consulting business. She is the author of the book The 7 Mistakes Every Business Makes (And How to Fix Them), and she is a popular presenter at national and regional conferences, including the Southern (and Southeastern) Home Furnishings Associations, the National Association of Women Business Owners, the Society for Marketing Professional Services, the American Society of Association Executives, the American Hospital Association, and the Bank Marketing Association, among plenty of others. She's known for packing her programs with plenty of laughs, creative ideas and tangible tools people can use right away to be less ordinary and more effective--especially in industries that "all look alike."
