Coaching candidates in his C4 Leadership concept, as well as training individuals and organizations in project management principles, Matt is a knowledge expert in leadership and project management. He is a combat officer for the United States Army, awarded the bronze star for operations during OIF 2003, with experience running teams up to 100 people internationally distributed on projects ranging up to $150 million for the Energy, IT, and US Military industries.
